This amendment involves the removal of serial number 8 and its related entries from the notification's table. This change is enacted under the powers granted by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The principal notification was previously amended by Notification No. 125/2016-Customs (NT) on October 13, 2016.
