of <h1>Nhava Sheva-V Commissioner Appointed to Adjudicate Ahmedabad Show Cause Notice per Notification No. 20/2017-Customs (N.T.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962, has issued Notification No. 20/2017-Customs (N.T.) on March 3, 2017. This notification appoints a Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva-V, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Raigad, as the adjudicating authority for a Show Cause Notice issued to a company in Ahmedabad. The appointed officer will exercise the powers and duties of the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad, concerning the adjudication of the specified notice.
