of <h1>SEZ Rules Updated: Extended Period for Form H Condition 7 and Quarterly Reference Modification Under Section 55</h1> The notification amends the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, extending the period from ninety to one hundred eighty days in Form H, Condition 7, and changing the reference from 'first quarter' to 'second quarter' in Annexure-I. Issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry under Section 55 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, the amendment rules come into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
