of <h1>Ministry of Finance Corrects Year Typo in 2010 Notification on Prevention of Money-Laundering Act.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. G.S.R. 18(E), dated January 7, 2010, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, corrects a typographical error in the original notification. In paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (1), the year '2009' is replaced with '2010.' This correction pertains to the notification concerning the Prevention of Money-Laundering Act (PMLA), as published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i).
