<h1>Correction to Notification G.S.R. 19(E): Year '2009' changed to '2010' under PMLA by Ministry of Finance.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. G.S.R. 19(E) dated January 7, 2010, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, a correction is made in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (1) of the original notification. The year '2009' is replaced with '2010.' This amendment is published under Notification G.S.R. 1030(E) dated December 29, 2010, concerning the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
