of <h1>Central Government amends 2005 notification u/s 49(1) of PMLA 2002, adding Sections 58A and 58B.</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of Section 49(1) of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002, has issued amendments to a previous notification from July 1, 2005. This amendment involves the insertion of 'Section 58A, Section 58B' following 'section 57' in the original notification. This change is formalized in Notification No. 14/2013, dated August 29, 2013, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
