of <h1>Special Courts Designated Under Companies Act 2013 to Expedite Trials in Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Madras, Manipur.</h1> The Central Government, with the agreement of the Chief Justice of the High Courts of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana, Madras, and Manipur, designates certain courts as Special Courts under the Companies Act, 2013. These courts will expedite trials for offences punishable with imprisonment of two years or more. The designated courts include the Sessions Judge in Bilaspur for Chhattisgarh, the Special Judge in Jaipur for Rajasthan, and various Sessions Judges in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Puducherry, and Imphal East for their respective regions. These courts will handle cases as Special Courts within their specified jurisdictions.
