of <h1>Delhi Withdraws DS-1 Form Requirement for Goods Movement Reporting u/s 70 of VAT Act 2004.</h1> The Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, initially issued a notification requiring all registered dealers to submit an online form, Delhi Sugam-1 (DS-1), for reporting the movement of goods outside Delhi. This requirement was established under section 70 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. However, after receiving feedback from stakeholders, the decision was made not to implement this notification. The Commissioner of Value Added Tax, exercising the same legal authority, has officially withdrawn the notification.
