Ravindran, a Member (Judicial) of the Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), is authorized to prepare rosters for reassigning bench matters to tribunal members. This authorization is effective from April 29, 2016, and will continue until a new President of CESTAT is appointed or until further notice. The decision aims to ensure the smooth functioning of the tribunal and has been approved by the Finance Minister. The order is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India.
