        <h1>Special Economic Zone notification for Village Sachin defined area for apparel SEZ; designation later de-notified.</h1> Central Government notified a Special Economic Zone for apparel at Village Sachin, Taluka Choryashi, District Surat, Gujarat by notification dated 31-1-2005 following approval on 2-11-2004, specifying constituent block numbers and delimiting the area as 56.64 hectares. The designated SEZ parcels are identified by listed block numbers. The area was subsequently de-notified by Notification No. S.O. 4090 (E) dated 30-09-2021.
