<h1>Correction: Developer Name for Maharashtra SEZ Updated to 'M/s. Persipina Developers Pvt. Ltd' from 'M/s. Sunny Vista Realtors'.</h1> In the notification S.O. 1463(E) dated 6th April 2016, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry corrected the name of the developer for a Sector Specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in villages Talegaon, Panshil, and Bhokarpada, Maharashtra. The developer's name should be read as 'M/s. Persipina Developers Pvt. Ltd' instead of 'M/s. Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited,' as originally stated in the notification S.O. 514(E) dated 19th February 2009.
