of <h1>Central Government Amends RTI Act Schedule: Aviation Research Centre, Special Frontier Force Added to Exemptions List.</h1> The Central Government, exercising its powers under the Right to Information Act, 2005, has amended the Second Schedule of the Act. The amendment involves the substitution of entries for Serial Numbers 7 and 8. The new entries are the Aviation Research Centre and the Special Frontier Force, both under the Cabinet Secretariat. This change is formalized in notification G.S.R 530 (E), dated July 21, 2014.
