of <h1>Correction to Rule 3: 'Tourist of Indian Origin' Changed to 'Tourist of Foreign Origin' in Customs Notification.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. 43/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated March 31, 2016, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, a correction is made to the expression in the first proviso to Rule 3. The term 'tourist of Indian origin' is to be replaced with 'tourist of foreign origin.' This amendment is published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, and is documented under F. No. 520/09/2016-CusVI, dated April 1, 2016.
