of <h1>Form No. INC-11 Replaced in Companies Incorporation Rules, 2016; Affects Company Type and CIN Certification Process.</h1> The Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2016, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, amends the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, the amendment replaces Form No. INC-11 in the annexure. This form certifies the incorporation of a company under the Companies Act, 2013, specifying its type (limited by shares, limited by guarantee, or unlimited) and providing the Corporate Identification Number (CIN). The form includes details of the authorizing officer and the Registrar of Companies. The original notification was published in March 2014 and has been amended several times since.
