The embassy is eligible for VAT refunds on purchases such as utility bills, office supplies, electronic items, and fuel for official use. Diplomatic officers can claim VAT refunds on specific personal items, including vehicles, electronics, and appliances. Non-diplomatic officers can also purchase these items within six months of their arrival. The notification, effective from December 30, 2015, does not alter other provisions of the previous notification.
