of <h1>India Amends Customs Notification: Octreotide, Somatropin, and Anti-Haemophilic Factor Added to Exemption Lists.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 10/2016-Customs to amend Notification No. 12/2012-Customs. This amendment, effective from February 17, 2016, introduces new items to the exemption lists under the Customs Act, 1962. Specifically, Octreotide and Somatropin are added to List 3, while Anti-Haemophilic Factor Concentrate (VIII and IX) is added to List 4. This amendment is made in the public interest under the authority granted by section 25 of the Customs Act.
