of <h1>Central Government De-notifies 3.25 Hectares from IT SEZ in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Following TECHNOPARK Proposal.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified an area of 03.25.29 hectares from a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Information Technology and IT Enabled Services located in Attipra, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This decision follows a proposal by M/s Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (TECHNOPARK) and subsequent approvals from the State Government of Kerala and the Development Commissioner of Cochin SEZ. The de-notification reduces the SEZ's total area to 19.45.53 hectares. The action was taken under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and SEZ Rules, 2006, fulfilling all necessary legal requirements.
