This designation is made under the authority granted by Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.) from July 1, 1994, in accordance with Section 152(a) of the Customs Act, 1962. The specific locations include Survey No. 92/1A in Kallankere Village and Survey No. 70/2 in Chikkapura Village. This notification was issued by the Commissioner of Central Excise, Bangalore, on March 18, 2015, as per Notification No. 1/2015-Cus. (N.T.).
