of <h1>Nhava Sheva-I Customs Commissioner Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for New Delhi Company Show Cause Notice Adjudication</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva-I, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This authority will exercise powers and duties for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice issued to a company based in New Delhi. The notice, dated April 9, 2015, was issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad. This appointment consolidates adjudication responsibilities previously held by the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva-I and the Air Cargo Complex-Export in Mumbai.
