This authority will exercise powers and duties related to the Commissioner of Customs at New Custom House, New Delhi, and the Commissioner of Customs at Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi. This appointment is for adjudicating matters concerning a show cause notice issued to a company, M/s Canon India Pvt. Ltd., by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, on August 9, 2014.
