of <h1>Additional Director General (Adjudication) appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for customs case in Mumbai</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Additional Director General (Adjudication) of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in Mumbai as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This authority is empowered to act on behalf of the Principal Commissioners of Customs at Nhava Sheva-I and Mumbai Zone-III for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice issued to a company and others. This notice, dated August 5, 2015, was issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, concerning specific customs-related adjudication.
