of <h1>Principal Commissioner Nhava Sheva-I Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Customs Cases in Mumbai and Nhava Sheva-I</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This appointment empowers the Principal Commissioner to exercise authority and perform duties for both the Nhava Sheva-I Commissionerate and the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai. The purpose is to adjudicate matters related to a show cause notice issued to M/s Gem Corpochem Private Limited and others, as per the notice dated February 18, 2015, by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit. This notification is issued under the Customs Act, 1962.
