of <h1>Delhi Appoints VATO-cum-Assistant Commissioners Under Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 for Enhanced Tax Administration.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Finance (Revenue-I) Department, has appointed several officers as VATO-cum-Assistant Commissioners to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax. This decision, made under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and its corresponding rules, is effective from the officers' respective dates of joining. The appointees include individuals who joined between September 2013 and April 2014. This notification was issued by the Deputy Secretary (Finance) on behalf of the Lt. Governor of Delhi.
