This amendment introduces a proviso stating that the notification will not apply to goods listed under serial number 113A after March 31, 2016. Additionally, a new entry, serial number 113A, is added to the table, specifying exemptions for certain goods used in manufacturing bio-diesels, including RBD Palm Stearin, Methanol, and Sodium Methoxide, which are now exempt from central excise duties.
