of <h1>Delhi Govt Extends Online Return Filing Deadline for 2015-16 Q1 & Q2 to Nov 16, 2015; Forms EC-II & EC-III</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Department of Trade & Taxes, has extended the deadline for filing online returns for the first and second quarters of the 2015-16 fiscal year. This extension applies to Forms EC-II and EC-III, with the new deadline set for November 16, 2015. This change modifies a previous notification issued on September 29, 2015. The extension was authorized by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under the powers granted by the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004.
