of <h1>Customs Notification Amends Exchange Rates for South African Rand, Effective 30th September 2015, Under Section 14 of Customs Act.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued Notification No. 95/2015-Customs (N.T.) to amend Notification No. 93/2015-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 17th September 2015. Effective from 30th September 2015, the amendment modifies Schedule-I, specifically Serial No. 12, concerning the exchange rates for the South African Rand. The new exchange rates are set at 4.85 Indian Rupees for imported goods and 4.55 Indian Rupees for export goods. This amendment is authorized under Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.
