of <h1>Delhi Govt Appoints Officer as Additional Commissioner-cum-VATO Under Delhi VAT Act, 2004; Effective Upon Charge Assumption</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification appointing an officer to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Effective from the date of assumption of charge, the officer is appointed as Additional Commissioner-cum-VATO. This appointment is made under the authority of the Lt. Governor of Delhi, as per the relevant sections and rules of the Delhi VAT Act and Rules. The notification is issued by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
