of <h1>Delhi Appoints New VAT Officials: Two Additional Commissioners, One Joint Commissioner under Delhi VAT Act 2004 Authority</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Finance (Revenue-I) Department, has appointed three officers to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Effective from their respective dates of joining, two officers have been appointed as Additional Commissioners and one as Joint Commissioner. These appointments are made under the authority of the Lt. Governor of Delhi, as per the powers granted by the relevant sections of the Delhi VAT Act and Rules.
