of <h1>India Extends Customs Notification Effective Date to April 2016; Updates Goods List with Anti-TB Drugs</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 41/2015-Customs to amend Notification No. 49/2013-Customs dated 29th November 2013. The amendment extends the effective date from 1st October 2015 to 1st April 2016. It also replaces the existing table with a new one detailing categories and descriptions of goods, including various anti-tuberculosis drugs and diagnostics equipment. This amendment is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, in the public interest.
