of <h1>Delhi VAT Second Amendment Act, 2015 to Take Effect on July 15, Per Section 1(3) Notification</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification stating that the Delhi Value Added Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2015, will come into effect on July 15, 2015. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is issued by the Deputy Secretary of Finance on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
