This amendment modifies the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, by adding a new entry to the schedule. Specifically, it includes M/s. Akula Boards Limited, located in Mandapaka, Tanuka Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, as an indigenous newsprint manufacturer. The amendment takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
