of <h1>Newsprint Control Order Amended: Aaditiya Aswin Paper Mills Recognized as Indigenous Manufacturer in Tamil Nadu</h1> The Central Government, under the powers granted by the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, has issued an amendment to the Newsprint Control Order, 2004. This amendment, titled the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2009, will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette. The amendment adds a new entry to the Schedule of the original order, listing M/s. Aaditiya Aswin Paper Mills Pvt. Limited, located in Kotha Mangalam, Sathya Mangalam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu, as an indigenous newsprint manufacturer. This change follows previous amendments made in November 2009.
