of <h1>Joint Commissioner of Customs Mundra Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Mundra and Kandla under Customs Act 1962</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 59/2015-Customs (N.T.) appointing the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Mundra, as the common adjudicating authority. This appointment is made under the Customs Act, 1962, to adjudicate matters related to a show cause notice issued to a company concerning customs issues. The appointed authority will exercise powers and duties for both the Custom House, Mundra, and Customs, Kandla, in relation to the notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Hyderabad.
