of <h1>Govt of India Updates Mega Power Project Name in Customs Notification Under Section 25 of Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 35/2015-Customs, issued by the Government of India, amends Notification No. 12/2012-Customs concerning the import of goods for Mega Power Projects. The amendment involves changing the name of a project from 'Talcher STPP Stage-III, Orissa - 2x660=1320 MW (NTPC)' to 'Talcher TPP Stage-III, Orissa - 2x660=1320 MW (NTPC)' in List 32A, item No. 48 of the Annexure. This change is enacted under the powers granted by section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary in the public interest.
