of <h1>Delhi VAT Update: Minimum Invoice Value for Embassy of Finland Set at 13,500, Effective January 1, 2015.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi issued a notification modifying a previous notification regarding the Embassy of Finland under the Delhi Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations. The modification specifies that the minimum invoice value for transactions with the Embassy of Finland should be 13,500 or above. This change is effective from January 1, 2015. The rest of the original notification remains unchanged. The notification was disseminated to relevant government officials and departments for implementation and publication in the Delhi Gazette.
