of <h1>Central Excise Notification Update: Indiabulls Power Ltd. Renamed to RattanIndia Power Limited in List 11, Item No. 75.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 22/2015-Central Excise, dated April 17, 2015. This notification amends the previous Notification No. 12/2012-Central Excise from March 17, 2012. Specifically, in List 11, item No. 75, the name 'M/s. Indiabulls Power Ltd.' is replaced with 'RattanIndia Power Limited.' This amendment is made under the authority of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944, in the interest of public necessity.
