of <h1>Two New Benches for Authority for Advance Rulings in NCR and Mumbai Announced by Central Government.</h1> The Central Government has announced the establishment of two additional benches for the Authority for Advance Rulings (Income Tax) under the powers granted by the Income Tax Act, 1961, the Finance Act, 1992, and the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2014. These new benches will be located in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Mumbai. The notification was issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and will take effect from the date it is published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary).
