This amendment, made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, adds the 'Commissioners of Customs (Preventive), Delhi' to the list in the notification's table under serial number 1, column (3). This change is intended to update the designation of the Common Adjudicating Authority or Proper Officer as per the Customs regulations.
