Special Economic Zone area inclusion expands notified SEZ by additional land, increasing total area under SEZ designation. An additional land parcel of 0.20 hectares is added to the Sector Specific Special Economic Zone for IT/ITES at Global Village, Pattenagere/Mylsandra, raising the SEZ area to 26.873 hectares. The inclusion is notified under the statutory powers vested by the second proviso to Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, and identifies the added area by village and survey reference (Survey No. 14).
