of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Tughlakabad Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Cortel India Case per Notification No. 15/2002-Customs</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a case involving M/s Cortel India and others. This assignment follows a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, dated June 9, 2014. The order is in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and is intended to facilitate the adjudication process under the Customs Act, 1962.
