of <h1>Commissioner of Customs in Mumbai Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for M/s MS International Case Under Customs Act.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Export) at the Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a case involving M/s MS International and others. This decision follows a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit. The appointment is made under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.). The case will be adjudicated by the designated authority in Mumbai.
