The case, initiated by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, involves the Commissioner of Customs (Export) at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House in Maharashtra. The adjudication process will follow the guidelines set by Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) under the Customs Act, 1962.
