This decision follows a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad. The order, based on Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.), is intended for adjudication under the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of the order have been sent to relevant officials and departments involved in the case.
