of <h1>RBI Corrects FEMA Notification: Clause (d) Changed to Clause (e) in Section 6 for Effective Regulations</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. FEMA.287/2013-RB, dated September 17, 2013, issued by the Reserve Bank of India, an amendment has been made. The original wording, 'In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 6,' has been corrected to 'in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 6.' This correction ensures that the Principal Regulations remain fully effective.
