SEZ authority membership amended to substitute two members under statutory power, updating SEEPZ notified representatives. Amendment substitutes the persons listed at entries 5 and 6 in notification S.O. 569(E) by replacing the prior nominees with new appointees identified by name and corporate designation, effected by the Central Government under statutory powers and issued by the Department of Commerce for SEEPZ SEZ Authority.
