This approval, granted to a company under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, confirms that all legal requirements have been met. The notification, dated January 15, 2007, designates the 20.23-hectare land as an SEZ, following the rules and regulations stipulated by the Special Economic Zones Act and Rules.
