This initiative, proposed by a development company, has met all necessary legal requirements under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The Central Government has issued a notification declaring the specified area in Tikri Village as an SEZ. The total area designated for this SEZ is 10.041 hectares, as detailed in the accompanying table of land parcels.
