The committee includes the Development Commissioner of MEPZ SEZ as Chairperson, and members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Ministry of Finance, and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Guidance and Export Promotion Bureau. A representative from the developing company is a special invitee. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent them.
