of <h1>Textile SEZ in Bikaner, Rajasthan, now an Inland Container Depot under Customs Act Section 7 effective June 9, 2008.</h1> The Central Government has designated June 9, 2008, as the official date for the textile sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located at NH-15, opposite Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, Rajasthan, developed by a private infrastructure company, to be recognized as an Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. This appointment is made under the authority of sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
