This decision follows the issuance of a Show Cause Notice by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Chennai. The appointment is in accordance with Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and the Customs Act, 1962, to facilitate adjudication proceedings. The relevant authorities and parties involved have been duly informed of this order.
